It's Thursday August 22 and we are heading to Louisville from Owensboro Ky. Owensboro is in the process of building a new convention center and hotel right on the Ohio river. They spent millions on their River Front last year as a part of their downtown revitalization plan. Owensboro is a Can Do community! They see the cup half full... They have great river access and we will leave our truck and trailer here at English Park.
